Welcome to HeyClono (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HeyClono platform, services, features, and content (the “Platform”). By accessing or using HeyClono, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Use of the Platform

a. Eligibility

To use HeyClono, you must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) and capable of forming a binding contract.

b. Accounts

  • Creators must register for an account to create a Clono.
  • Users (fans) may interact with Clonos without creating an account, but some features may require registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

2. Platform Functionality

HeyClono allows creators to:

  • Create and manage a digital conversational version of themselves (“Clono”)
  • Share a public link for fan engagement
  • Upload or connect content (e.g., YouTube, Instagram)

HeyClono allows users (fans) to:

  • Interact with Clonos 24/7
  • Receive responses generated by AI trained on creator content

Note: Clonos are AI-powered and not operated by the creator in real-time. Content generated may not reflect the creator’s real views or opinions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Post or transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content
  • Misuse or attempt to disrupt the platform
  • Use HeyClono for impersonation, harassment, or malicious purposes
  • Reverse engineer or access the platform’s source code

4. Content Ownership

a. Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of the content they upload or connect. By using HeyClono, creators grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use this content for the purpose of operating and improving Clono functionality.

b. Fan Interactions

By interacting with a Clono, users grant us permission to store and process messages to improve AI accuracy and user experience.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features may be subject to fees or subscriptions. All payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to HeyClono at any time for violation of these Terms or for any behavior that harms the community, the platform, or other users.

You may delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers

HeyClono is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that:

  • The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • The Clono responses will always be accurate or appropriate
  • Content from third-party sources will be available or remain current

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyClono is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We’ll notify users of major updates via the platform or email.
